Exoplanning (v.) - Urban Planning on other worlds.
The word is closely based off the noun Exoplanet.  The term was coined to address the large differences between Urban Planning on Earth and Urban Planning on other worlds that have their own environments (which are more than likely hostile to us), gravity fields, atmospheres, or any conditions that are sharply different from our own.  These conditions will require special attention from us given the high risk of failure if anything is skipped over, but this is our specialty.  The planning process, which on Earth normally stops with zoning or land use, will be planned down to the nuts and bolts of the development.
