Portfolio of Proposed Land Development Projects

Armstrong

Phase I Variant V, seen right, is the newest and most up to date development offered at this time by the PDS Corporation.  This variant has been engineered and devised to meet necessary design standards.  This development (Named for the first US Astronaut on the Moon) will offer multiple opportunities for residents and entrepreneurs alike by providing standard utilities, green spaces, industrial use slots, and most important of all safety and security from the outside elements.  See the documents below for more information regarding lot layouts, land use categories, and availability.  Reserve your lot(s) today and start the adventure of a lifetime.

Phase II, III, and IV

Dating back to 2013, there was only one phase (Phase IV seen left resembling Ebenezer Howard's Garden City) but it needed to be scaled down because it was too large and unreasonable to be a starter colony/city on another planet.  Thus, it was eventually scaled down to what is now known as Phase I (as seen above).  Once scaling was completed,  longer term implications of urban growth began to come to mind and what better use of the older/larger phases than include them back in the long term process while providing more room to expand.  To Note, these phases are separate developments and not the same one expanding/sprawling out.  Along those same lines, these phases are still under development and remain relatively untouched since 2014 and leave much to be desired.  As for information, Phases II through IV are usually around two times larger than the previous phase and of course include more amenities and larger capacity facilities as they scale up.
